Studio located opposite the Guérande ramparts in a small alleyway (Porte de Saillé), close to shops and restaurants, in a quiet location (set back from the road), and 5 km from the beaches and La Baule.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room/lounge with a sofa bed (140x190), shower room, and separate toilet.
Mezzanine: attic bedroom with a 140x190 bed.

Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), and towels.
