A cottage between land and sea. An innovative timber-framed construction clad in Japanese-style charred wood, the Tribord cottage is located in a peaceful setting at the foot of the Guérande salt marshes, 7 km from La Baule and 22 km from St. Nazaire. Separate from the Bâbord cottage by a 12 m² entrance hall, perfectly soundproofed and with blackout blinds (sleeps 10 when combined). 100 m² of fully enclosed wooden terraces (1.50 m high) on the lawn (south and east facing), and a shared enclosed area (200 m²).

Ground floor (wheelchair accessible): bright living/dining room (pellet stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room, and separate WC.

First floor: 2 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190 cm, 2: three single beds 90x190 cm, two of which can be joined together), shower room, and separate WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi/Ethernet, foreign TV channels, DVDs, games and books for adults and children.
Included: electric heating, electricity, linens.

Not included: wood pellet heating (€10/bag/48h), bed linens (€8/person), towels (€6/person), tourist tax, cleaning fee (€45).
For business stays of more than two weeks (rates negotiable): mandatory fee of €70 (cleaning + bed linens for the entire cottage), maximum 3 employees, to be renewed monthly.
Baby equipment (€10). Pets: €5/night (deposit €100).
Non-smoking cottage. Security deposit €300.

From St Nazaire direction Guérande (D213). At the Villejames (ZA) roundabout, the gîte is 4 km towards Pouliguen (D774 A) then right towards Congors-Pradel (D92) and Terre de Sel.
