It accommodates up to 6 guests in two bedrooms with bathroom, separate toilet, and an additional guest toilet. The excellently equipped kitchen, spacious living room with panoramic window and access to the sun terrace, Wi-Fi and TV (both via fiber optic connection), washing machine, baby cot, and high chair ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment is idyllically located, surrounded by meadows and forests.



Enjoy the garden and use the gas grill or the wood fire for barbecuing. A small stream flows through the picturesque property with a fish pond and Kneipp pool directly at the house. The entire area with large trampoline, slackline, sun terrace, and herb garden is at your disposal.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. There are real wood floors in the living and bedrooms (please bring slippers). The holiday apartment is situated outside the built-up area in a quiet location, just a two-minute walk to the Teichschlucht in the protected Bannwald area.



In the house, there is a professional massage practice where massages and massage courses are offered for an additional fee. Fresh farmhouse bread and butter from local suppliers can be pre-ordered. Meat and sausages are also available in the village. Further shopping facilities can be found in Furtwangen, 6 km away. Extensive hiking trails lead, among others, to Balzer Herrgott and Hexenlochmühle.
