The apartment is nicely furnished and fully equipped.
It is about 120 square meters and has the first floor of a hallway, a reading area, kitchen, living / dining room and a shower room (or guest). The living and dining room offers a cozy sofa bed, flat screen TV, a dining area with glass table and five chairs, a work area with a desk and a balcony where you can enjoy the view.

In the gallery, a combined bedroom / bathroom with a large comfortable bed and a roll-top bath in which it is possible to relax. In your oasis can watch your TV both from the cozy double bed or the bathtub. Shower, toilet and spacious bathroom furniture are also available here.
The rooms can be darkened with electric blinds.

In the kitchen everything is there also (almost) what MAN or WOMAN so needs:
z. B. Electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

The self-contained home can be achieved separately by the staircase and is not connected to the lower living area.

For the final cleaning flat rate of 40, - € levied. Check in is possible from 11am and by arrangement, check out by 10am.

The apartment can also be booked by the hour for photo shoots or filming.
50, - € / hour with a minimum booking fee of 250, - € plus a cleaning fee of 60, - €, All prices are excl. VAT.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund of fees if canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival. 30% refund for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
