SELF CHECK-IN: Arrival after hours and delivery of keys to a mailbox with code.
The entire reservation must be paid in advance, as well as the deposit if any and the information of all guests.
Check-in and check-out time:- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-in before or after established hours, check prices (upon acceptance by the establishment).- Check-out: until 10 am. Departures after hours with prior acceptance by the establishment.
Included services:
- Bed linen, towels and beach towels service included in the price.
- Electricity, water and gas consumption included with responsible consumption.
House's rules:
- Groups of young people under 27 years of age are not admitted.- Don't be too noisy to respect the other neighbors. Especially from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., since it is totally prohibited to speak loudly, make noise...- It is prohibited for anyone who is not on the reservation to sleep or use the apartment.- Parties are totally prohibited.- Please, smoking is only allowed on the terrace, not inside the house.- If you lose the keys: €50- Before departure, wash the dishes, take out the trash and keep the house tidy.- Candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire should not be left in the home.- The white towels provided are for the shower, they are not beach towels or for cleaning shoes..., so please do not use them for that. Each damaged towel will be charged €5/small and €10/large deposit. There are beach towels.
