Inside, a spacious living area awaits you, harmoniously divided into a dining room and a reading room, as well as an electric fireplace for a cosy atmosphere. A sofa bed offers space for an additional person. The kitchen impresses with its semi-circular granite bar and is fully equipped - with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge with ice machine, a drinking water filter and an espresso machine.
