Inside the house, you will find an open-plan living area that is tastefully divided into a living room and dining/kitchen area. A cosy sofa bed (1.35m x 1.90m) offers space for two additional guests. The amenities also include a modern electric fireplace to keep you cosy on chilly evenings. The modern kitchenette is well equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, an oven combined with a microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a drinking water filter and an espresso machine. The two bedrooms with double bed (2x90x2.00m) and wardrobe offer comfortable sleeping accommodation, complemented by two bathrooms with shower, WC and bidet, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. Your entertainment needs are catered for with Internet via WLAN and a satellite TV with German channels. Tasteful, high-quality bed linen, towels and bathrobes complete the feel-good ambience.

The outdoor area features a typical Spanish patio with a small ornamental fountain and inviting shady spots to linger. The sun terrace stretches the entire length of the house and has direct access to both the living room and the bedrooms.
