House in quiet subdivision 800m from the sea (fort blocked beach). The house is well exposed and very bright. The fully enclosed garden is safe for children (electric gate). The garden includes a play area for children. We are located in the immediate vicinity of the loc'h reserve which offers the possibility of walking or cycling. The closest beach is the beach of the blocked fort. The village of Guidel is 5 minutes by car
The house has a bedroom with double bed on the ground floor with shower. Upstairs, a bedroom with balcony and double bed, a child's bedroom with single bed and large room where we can install a trundle bed (2 single mattresses) if necessary (room which usually serves as a children's playroom) and a bathroom.
Toilets on the 2 levels of the house.

Beau séjour

Nous avons séjourné à 2 familles,(1 enfant chacune) chacune avait son intimité puisque chaque niveau de la maison possède sa SDB et toilettes séparés. Belle maison au calme à 1km de la plage adaptée pour les enfants. Beau jardin et terrasse avec jeux et toboggan. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
