Single-floor living has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one double twin bedroom with panoramic views of the water and estuaries, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, living room with dining room area and plenty of seating. Two decks overlooking the water. Parking available for four vehicles. Quiet streets with 15 mph speed limit. Kayak and paddle board available to launch right from the yard. Easily access the water and sandy beach directly in front of the house or take a quick stroll to the private beach to swim in the protected cove, jump off the diving board or just lay out on the swim platform. Year-round activities include: nature/bird watching, fishing, clamming and shell collecting. We have kayaks available for a day out on the water. Or, if you prefer, we have bikes available to explore the local area by land. For the more adventurous, there are several well-known hiking trails in Guilford. Skiing is also less than 40 min away.
