This bright apartment is perfect for couples or families. It is distributed in a living-dining room with 35" Smart TV and WiFi internet, comfortable sofa, dining area and fully equipped open plan kitchen, with direct access to the terrace. With capacity for 4 people, it has two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A balcony connects both bedrooms, providing plenty of natural light. The bathroom includes a bathtub and bidet.

The property also offers an impressive 70 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing or enjoying an outdoor meal, equipped with barbecue, outdoor table and sun loungers. The flat is located in a quiet residential complex with lift and communal swimming pool.
