Your seaside home awaits you! Perched just above the water, you cannot get any closer to the coast than this unique villa with a spectacular terrace, heatable pool and private access to the sea and the natural saltwater pool. The coastal view is spectacular and you have in clear sight the neighboring island of Gran Canaria. The enchanting little beach town is only 100 meters away.Althrough the villa joins the neighboring house, the privacy inside and outside is guaranteed. The front terrace leads to a small hallway in a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the living room and dining room. On the same floor there are also 2 double bedrooms with sea views, a bedroom with two single beds, the laundry room and a shower room. From the huge terrace overlooking the sea, which is equipped with 5 sunbeds and a large dining table, you have a staircase that leads to the lower terrace, where the heatable pool (supplement 15 €/day) is located. On this level, you have the fourth and largest double bedroom. Access to an additional shower room is via the terrace. From there you have a private access gate that leads directly to the natural pool and open sea.The coastal town of El Tablado, still untouched by tourism, has a small grocery store as well as a tipical canarian bar where you can taste the local gastronomy. The climate is pleasant and mild throughout the year due to the adjacent location of the sea and the south-east location.An ideal holiday home for individual travelers who want to enjoy their seaside holidays away from mass tourism.It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. House location review

The property was excellent, the online description referred to restaurants in the village however there are no restaurants in the village there is only a small shop and a tiny bar with erratic opening hours. The nearest facilities are in Guimar or El Puertito a 15 minute drive away which are really an option at night with small children otherwise an excellent house

Villa on cliffs , 4 bedroom, free wifi , dolphins in the bay

Well located with private terrace and views of the ocean with sun lounges facing south. Good for sun bathing and eating out in the evenings. Managed to see a large pod of dolphins with binoculars. Small salt water pool. Kitchen is well equipped. Free Wifi. Village is very quiet. Car is recommended but there is a good bus Service to Candelaria (very pretty with good supermarkets) or Santa Cruz.

Very nice house at seaside

Situated in a very small village away from the tourists is this seaside house with a private swimmingpool. Fantastic view over the sea and private entrance to the rocky coast with natural pools. You can do some fishing over there. You can swim there too but not recommended for children. You are very near Puerto de Güímar with its beaches and many more nice places. Apartment was very clean, light and spacious. 3 nice bedrooms upstairs (streetlevel) nice living room, large kitchen, bathroom and beautiful terrace with a BBQ. Downstairs the swimming pool and a large bedroom. There is a bathroom downstairs but when we arrived it was out of order. There were free parking places. There was one small issue that was solved right away by the Top Kanaren team. We had a splendid week and will come again.

Total genial für Menschen, die Ruhe abseits des Trubels suchen

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort an der Ostküste, der touristisch nicht erschlossen ist. Direkt unterhalbe des Hauses brandet das Meer an die Felsen (und ist auch Tag und Nicht zu hören - wir haben es geliebt). Da der Ort direkt unterhalb der Autobahn liegt (die fast nicht zu hören ist bzw. von der Brandung des Meeres übertönt wird), ist die Lage ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen (der unbedingt notwendig ist).

Das Haus ist insgesamt großartig. Die Lage an der Klippe unbezahlbar. Man wacht auf und hört nur Meeresrauschen und liegt abends im Bett und hört nur Meeresrauschen. El Toblado ist überhaupt nicht touristisch, was uns gut gefallen hat. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man im nächsten Ferienort. Das Schlafzimmer am Pool hat fürchterlich gestunken und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Das Bad unten kann nur über die Terasse erreichbar und ist praktisch, wenn man nach dem Bad im Pool oder Meer duschen möchte. Die Toilette ist nicht zu benutzen, da kaum Wasserdruck für den Spülgang ist nicht genug Wasserdruck vorhanden, sodass de facto für uns nur 1 WC zur Verfügung stand. Die auf dem Foto gezeigte Leiter ist schwer erreichbar. Man kann zunächst über Treppen gehen, aber die letzte Hälfte klettern, was bei Wind eine wackelige Angelegenheit ist. Ein Stück neben dem Haus führen Stufen direkt ins Meer, nur halt nicht direkt vor dem Haus. Ich würde sofort wieder hinfahren.

Top locatie!

Prima woning, schoon en netjes. Het uitzicht van het terras op ocean was het beste. We zaten elke avond daar en aten elke dag ontbijt met zo perfecte uitzicht :) Rustige omgeving, je moet wel een auto huren want het dorpje is heel klein. Communicatie met het bureau was ook prima. We waren erg blij met het verblijf in deze woning!

Fantastisk roligt sted

Villaen er stor og ligger lige ved havet med en fantastisk udsigt. El Tablado er en lille uspoleret by uden butikker og uden turisme. I villaen er der masser af plads, to store terrasser og en dejlig pool. Vi var 6 voksne og 2 små børn i en uge - en fantastisk ferie, kan kun kun anbefale det.
