Comfortable Duplex + Working Space

Cozy accommodation with everything you need for a great holiday in the coastal village of El Puertito de Güimar. This duplex has a cozy terrace on the top floor where you can relax contemplating the beautiful summits of Güímar. In addition, the area has all kinds of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The beach of El Cabezo is a 5 minute walk along its incredible maritime avenue.

This duplex has two large bedrooms with double beds and corner wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room, as well as a cozy balcony with mountain views. On its upper floor, it has an indoor dining room and a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining area.

The resort has an elevator, garage (one parking place for our guests).

In the cozy fishing village of Puertito de Güímar you will enjoy all the services: supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
You will also find wonderful beaches and a very lively pier.
In addition, you can practice sports such as paddel in nearby paddel club, get fit by hiking or relax by taking a walk and having a drink in any of the restaurants on the main square.

All necessary services are within walking distance. Leave your vehicle in the parking lot of the complex and walk around the Puertito!
Walking along its maritime promenade you will reach the restaurant area and you will be able to enjoy a swim on any of its beaches or on the pier.
Hiking lovers will not be disappointed to make a route through the special nature reserve of Malpaís de Güímar: either along the coast, to the nearby town of Socorro, or around the volcano.
If you want to move to other nearby towns with public transport, line 120, with several stops in Puertito, will take you to Güímar or also to Candelaria or the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
And from the motorway you can take other lines, such as the 111 to reach the airport of Tenerife South.
