Beautiful apartment with a large terrace, BBQ and communal pool. A few minutes from the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. Bright, with a nice decoration taken care of to the smallest detail and capacity for 4 people, ideal for families, friends and business trips, as it has WiFi Fiber to 300mb. Surrounded by natural beaches, this apartment has all the ingredients to live a unique experience on the island of Tenerife.
This spacious house is ideal for families, friends and business trips, as it has a communal pool and terrace, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying a good barbecue while enjoying the good weather of the place. With capacity for 4 people the house is distributed on two floors. On the main floor from where you access the house there are two bedrooms, the main one with queen bed and the second one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and bidet, an open space with living room that offers a comfortable sofa, Smart TV 43", dining area, kitchenette and direct access to one of the terraces. On the second floor of the house, which is accessed by stairs, there is a small living area and access to the other terrace where you can enjoy the good weather of the place while contemplating the wonderful sea views. In addition, for greater comfort, the house has a portable fan and the complex in which it is located has an elevator and a communal pool.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, towels, sheets, fan, crib, high chair and much more.
