This spacious and private loft apartment is ideal for couples who enjoy each other's company while having the luxury of their own space.



The open-plan living space has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a separate utility room with a washing machine and clothes dryer.



The living room has a 4-seater sofa that converts into a sofa bed for one person, a coffee table, lamps to create a cosy atmosphere in the evening and a Smart TV.



The large sliding doors open onto the terrace, where you will want to spend much of your time. An outdoor dining area has a kitchen, sink, and electric grill.



The terrace offers plenty of seating with teak garden furniture, including two sunloungers with cushions, a set of chairs with a table, and last but not least, a hot tub to ease aching muscles after a day of hiking.





There are also yoga mats and plenty of space on the terrace for exercising.



The bedroom has lots of storage space for clothes, a queen-size bed (160 cm × 200 cm), a desk with a chair, and access to another private terrace.



The bathroom is tiled with marble, giving it a luxurious feel. It consists of a sink with two cubicles on either side: one with a large shower and another with a toilet and bidet.



The local area

The apartment is located a few steps from the start of the Malpaís de Güímar nature reserve, which is of remarkable ecological importance. It was declared a natural site of national interest in 1987 and reclassified as a Special Natural Reserve of Natural Spaces of the Canary Islands in 1994.



There is a sign-posted circular trail for hikers around the nature reserve, and it offers some spectacular landscapes.



The small town of El Puertito de Güímar is laid-back yet full of local activity and services, including restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bakery, and beaches. Walk from the apartment along the beach promenade and enjoy a drink in one of the local eateries.



El Puertito de Güímar is ideally situated, just a 25-minute drive from Tenerife South Airport (Aeropuerto Reina Sofia) and close to Candelaria with its beachfront cafes and restaurants, famous Basilica and beaches.



With easy access to the beaches, nightlife, and shopping in the south and the local culture, wild beaches, and gastronomic delights of the north of Tenerife, El Puertito de Güímar is the perfect base to explore the whole island.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, beautiful unobstructed view, very convenient access to highway and we absolutely loved it that it was in a centralized area of the island with great access to north and south but away from the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions. Definitely recommend it.
