I offer you a very pleasant 40 m2 holiday home, very well equipped with almost new equipment, for 3-4 people. Upstairs: 2 separate bedrooms. On the ground floor: bathroom wc, open kitchen, indoor dining room. It is located on the Arcachon Basin - in Gujan-Mestras, in a quiet area at the end of a 1000 m² property. With an additional advantage of a terrace furnished for outdoor dining with built barbecue and gazinière_four. Bus stop 150 meters away. Shelter inside the property for your vehicle. Shops and restaurants nearby.
At the edge of the Arcachon basin and at the edge of the Landes forest, Gujan-Mestras is a destination of choice for holidays in Aquitaine.
