Thanks for considering staying with A New Hope Retreat! Located on a 2100 sq ft property nestled 10 miles between 2 of the Gulf Coast's most adored beaches, the Gray Sunset room will provide a relaxing and fun place to recuperate from a day full of seeing the wonderful sites the Gulf Coast has to offer. I want to make sure your experience is enjoyable, so please thoroughly read the details of the listing, and contact me with any questions you have.

The Blue Sky Room is a private room in a house where myself and others may be staying. Since your room door and front door have electric locks, self check-in is super easy. You’ll be sent instructions on your reservation day and you'll have full access to all areas you are able get into! This room can host up to 4 people (with the help of a twin rollaway beds I can set up), and pets. By default it is setup for 2 people, so let me know if I need to make any changes for your stay.

Enjoy multiple fire pits, a picnic area, relaxing hammock, video game consoles, free coffee from our "Coffee Corner" in the fully stocked kitchen, free and fast internet, TV with Roku in your room, access to Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, and YouTube premium and more. Your door will have a code for entry for you only, so your belongings are safe in your room. Your room is stocked with high quality bedding and memory foam pillows, a mini fridge and microwave.

Also, please also allow me the opportunity to address any issues you may have during your stay before providing anything less than a 5 star review, as I am on-site and able to address most issues quickly. Also let me know if you intend to bring a pet with you.
