Please be aware that the master bedroom does not have a privacy door, maintaining an open and airy feel throughout the condo. Additional accommodations are provided with a comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, which is perfect for extra guests or family members. The tiled floors throughout the condo not only add a touch of richness but also keep the space cool and easy to maintain.

Kitchen: Sleek, granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen, make meal preparation a breeze. Step out onto your private balcony, where you can savor breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets and the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore. Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
