My check in went smoothly once in the room on the back of the door it was covered in hair, the tub was cracking up during our shower, I’m diabetic, with asthma I was stuck walking down from the 16th floor Sunday & the lady working there was very rude when telling us to take the stairs. Monday I was stuck inside the elevator for 15 minutes and I was not able to call out and I called to the office after having to walk up to the 16th floor a total of 4 times. So I checked out early and then had to take the stairs again and when I finally told the lady what happened their was no apology offer or compensation and this was the first time I’ve ever stayed at this condo. And I don’t think I will be coming back due to there are some very rude people that work there and a gentleman let his self into our room without knocking at 2:00 in the afternoon stating that he was housekeeping bring towels that we didn’t ask for. I make a trip to Gulfshores at least 2 time's a year and it was not a great experience for me

The views and area are amazing! Can walk to a lot of places from building. It could use some extra cleaning. I did let management know and they said they would look into it. The management was very nice and responsive. I am from Pensacola raised so knew the area in advance.

The property needs upgrades. The bathtub has a good bit of mold/mildew around the mat. My wife really had issues with that, along with the toilet that had not been cleaned well.Wi-Fi access was good, the bed was comfortable, access to the beach was great, and the staff was nice.

Nice Place , Easy Beach access!

This is our 3rd year in a row to go and stay . Nice little place - quiet, comfortable bed . This particular room 1605 doesn’t have a washer and dryer. But everything else was fine.

Everything was great! Only complaint on the cleanliness was the shower was a little dirty and floors were a little sandy as to be expected. Great view and awesome location. Clean beaches and chair service is available. They have parasailing and the banana boat near, pretty awesome location!

Beautiful place to stay! We stayed in the 16th floor so the view was amazing. There are two elevators and one broke down during our stay so we waited a long time for the elevator. The rooms has everything we needed but you can tell it was a quick clean job. The cabinets had only food on them and all the light switches had dirt marks and dust. Also, bring shower shoes because the mats on the shower floor has a layer of dirt around it and you can’t remove it. Kinda gross. It’s a little outdated with popcorn ceilings, etc. The views and beach access makes this property worth it! Overall, staff was nice and enjoyed the stay!

The unit was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Great view of pool and ocean. It would have been nice to have some salt/pepper and dish soap not just dishwasher det.) and we almost ran out of tp. There didn’t seem to be any extra rolls. We also experienced a major storm and being on the 16th floor it was very windy. There are gaps around the front door and the wind was coming through so loudly that I couldn’t sleep. Also the bolt lock didn’t work. Otherwise, all was well. Everyone is very friendly.

Property was as expected; easy access to beach via private boardwalk. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed ( spare towels, etc) Kids loved the built in bunk beds. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed swimming . Bahama Bobs restaurant next door to condos was a great feast for the adults. Free parking was a plus, and they had security patrol as well. Large luggage carts and shopping carts available for easy loading and unloading of luggage and gear.. Would definatley recommend. Brett Robinson Property Management does a fantastic job of communicating all information you’ll need prior to , and during your stay.

The property was older, dingy and dirty and the local office team was unhelpful. The room we initially reserved was dirty and the onsite team was unhelpful. The offsite manager was helpful and moved us to another room. The whole building is just dirty and old and the staff at the building were apathetic and not helpful. I would not stay here in the future.

Just What We Wanted!

The unit was exactly as described. Just big enough for us. My only wish is that it could've had a washer and dryer, but we knew that going in so it wasn't a problem. All and All I would definitely stay here again!!!
