Amazing view, great location!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location and views are spectacular. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are all in working order, and you have everything you need to cook full meals, with a large fridge/freezer. You can eat on the balcony, washer and dryer work well, and the condo itself was great, both the people and amenities.The only issue was some of the more hidden places were not cleaned as well. There were crumbs and dust in some drawers and nightstands. But overall the condo was in great condition, and clean. We will most likely book again.

Favorite Beach Condo To Date

Literally, I have zero complaints. The condo was so perfect for our needs. Clean. They even left dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and shampoo for us. We had a little door jam issue after hours, but they were able to get us back in quickly. Saving this to visit again.

Perfect Little Getaway

The condo was perfect for our anniversary getaway. Decorated so cute and unit was clean. Views were amazing and it was close to great restaurants. Definitely on our list to visit again. Only complaint we had was the elevator on our side of the hotel was down for maintenance so we had to walk to the middle elevators. Not terrible but a small inconvenience that I know couldn’t have been avoided.

We were under the impression that the condo had 2 full bedrooms but there was only one and a bunkbed room. The commode in the master bath rocks and needs to be fixed before it leaks. The balcony furniture needs to be scrubbed with Clorox to remove mildew. The floors need some throw rugs. Otherwise we enjoyed the condo.

Nicely updated appliances and furnishings, patio furniture was wonderful. The management company needs to something with the lighting as the rooms were sorta of dark. Good value for the money, we would stay again as this was our 4th year and this was the best proptery so far.

Baldwin August stay

The master bathroom ceiling needs to be painted. The ceiling has a lot of mold on it from the shower. The closet containing the central air & heat return had not been swept out from prior renter. I swept out the Nerf gun bullits myself. There was some sticky residue on the kitchen countertops. Besides these few issues the place was nicely decorated & a nice place to stay.
