Small, cute, well maintained Gulf front beach house that offers peace and solitude. It has a nicely equipped kitchen, ceiling fans and a large sundeck. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a trundle bed. A 60" flat screen TV with satellite in the living area, internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher and CH/A. There is also a newer deck that spans the entire ground level under the house providing relief and protection from the rain.

Diamond in the rough....

I will say that having seen the photos up front, i was prepared for the old and rustic part of the house. We absolutely loved the location!! Can not beat that! On the down side - it appears no one is keeping an eye on the simple details of this property. Some basic TLC could go a long way, especially for the cost. Carpet needs replacing badly. The bedding and beds need to go. old and still felt sandy. Outside patio furnture is being held up by bricks on one side and no umbrella or shade out there at all. Lastly - for a week with 2 adults - please provide a backup roll of toilet paper. Fortunately, we found a roll downstairs. This place is a gem in the rough! Please take good care of it.

Beachin stay in Fort Morgan.

The property is nice. The only things that were not expected is that the second bathroom is actually an outdoor shower with cold water. (There is a toilet in the laundry room, but we had to look around to find it) The towels and bedding although clean, did smell like they had been cleaned awhile ago, not just before we arrived for our stay. Overall, this property is nice and in a great location. Just a few minor suggestions.
