Luxurious 5th floor unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and kitchen.

Caribbean #403 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings.

We have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets and towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 1 bedroom, built in hall bunks, and 1 1/2 baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.

This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2, or $225 for 3 dogs . No cats allowed.

We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

My little family loved this location!! It's perfect to bring the fur babies because the walk from the beach to the rooms is short and easy. Both pools were clean and so was the unit itself. We would absolutely stay again.

This condo was well stocked in the kitchen, well maintained and clean. We had three people plus one dog and was great for a long weekend where proximity to the beach was important to us. The half bath was convenient for the third guest to use outside of needing to shower. Only draw back is that the building was loud while we visited. We visited in a holiday weekend so that may have contributed. The building was very active with lots of dogs. We also had neighbors that enjoyed listening to high volume music, which was audible from the living room. One of our nights we called the security about the music and they were prompt in addressing the issue.

Great location! Dog friendly! Balcony and unobstructed Gulf views. Amenities as presented and the unit was super clean. Lance was very communicative and responsive. It was only two of us and our puppy, so we used the bunk beds as extra laundry/closet work space, but they would be excellent for families with kids.Very satisifed with our stay - so much so that we booked another week next month!
