Escape to “Our Place,” a timeless beachfront retreat located directly on the sugar-white sands of the serene West Beach area of Gulf Shores. For over 20 years, Our Place has been a successful and well-loved vacation rental, welcoming generations of repeat guests who return year after year for its classic coastal charm, unbeatable beachfront location, and relaxing atmosphere. Now professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals (2025), this popular beach house continues to offer the perfect blend of comfort, nostalgia, and convenience near local restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Recently refreshed with beautiful new wood plank tile flooring throughout, the home also features two completely remodeled bathrooms (2026), including one with a spacious walk-in shower, adding modern comfort while preserving the home's classic beach cottage feel.

This charming beachfront cottage offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 10 guests. The inviting beachfront sunroom showcases stunning Gulf views and creates the perfect space to unwind with a morning coffee, enjoy a good book, or gather with family and friends after a day on the beach. The spacious great room also features panoramic Gulf views, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a large breakfast bar ideal for preparing family meals and entertaining. The living room additionally offers a Queen sleeper sofa along with books and games for family fun.

Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV for added convenience. The primary King Bedroom and the Double Bedroom share a connecting bathroom overlooking scenic Little Lagoon, while the second King Bedroom has direct access to the second remodeled bathroom, which also opens to the hallway.

Outside, soak in breathtaking unobstructed Gulf views from the spacious upper deck while dining al fresco or relaxing in the coastal breeze. Beneath the home, guests can enjoy a shaded gathering space complete with a swing, hammock, long picnic table, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after long beach days.

For guests seeking an extended coastal escape, Our Place welcomes monthly winter guests during December, January, and February.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. We had lots of beach time and relaxation. The early morning hours of our last full day the A/C in the home stopping cooling. Kaiser was quick to respond and resolve the issue with the A/C in a matter of a few hours. I would highly recommend staying at this property and with Kaiser

Amazing Location! Unit Needs Some Maintenance

It's hard to beat an oceanfront property and being feet from the beach. Our overall stay was great, and the property is nice, but needs some maintenance. Communication with the host was outstanding and they were very responsive. They assured us the issues we shared would be addressed. I hope they are, because we would love to visit again once some of the touchups are sorted.

The only complaint that I have is that is it only has to bathroom and for eight people and two children. It was pretty rough, but we managed beautiful house has everything you need love the view perfect spot on the beach. The shower knob broke. They were very quick to fix it. The air messed up. They were right on it.
