Fort Morgan Beach House | Sleeps 15 | Heated Pool Coming `27

The Bama Belle Retreat is a spacious four-bedroom, three-bath beach house on the Fort Morgan peninsula, sleeping up to 15 guests. With four bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa, generous dining seating, and a fully stocked kitchen, it`s built for multi-family trips, reunions, and groups traveling together.

COMING FEBRUARY 2027

We`re adding a private heated saltwater pool with a connected spillover hot tub, set on a travertine sun deck and fully fenced for family safety. The hot tub will be heated year-round at no extra charge, and optional pool heating will be available at $50 per night for the full stay. Please note the pool and hot tub are not available for stays before February 2027, and completion dates may shift — we`ll confirm status ahead of your arrival.

THE BEACH

Two private deeded beach access points are a five-minute walk or a one-minute golf cart ride away. A golf cart is included free with every stay. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off and detached storage for your gear.

THE HOUSE

Every bedroom opens onto its own private balcony, and the large rear deck catches the sunset. Three levels, no elevator, so some stair climbing is required. Central air and heat throughout, washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs with streaming in the living room and bedrooms. A crib and highchair are available on request, along with child-friendly kitchen essentials.

GETTING SETTLED

Keyless self check-in, ample private parking, and a Tesla Level 2 charger on site. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with golf cart and bike rentals close by. Pets are welcome.

GOOD TO KNOW

The property sits within protected coastal dune habitat, so the landscaping is native dune vegetation rather than lawn, and we ask guests to use the designated beach walkway and keep to the developed areas of the lot. Beach equipment must come off the sand by sunset from May 1 through August 31 during sea turtle nesting season. Full details are posted inside the home.

House rules addition (after Jan 2027):

The pool and hot tub area is fully fenced with a self-latching gate. There is no lifeguard on duty and children must be supervised at all times. Pool depth is 3`6` to 5`7` — no diving.
Maximum occupancy: 15 guests

No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.

Renters must be 25 years or older and present during the stay.

Four-person golf cart use is complimentary during stay and must only be driven in Surfside Shores neighborhood and private beach parking area.

Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house.

Return all beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas) to the storage area after use.

No smoking or vaping inside the home or on balconies. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

No parties.

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors and community.

Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

No parking on the grass or street. Trailers or boats must be approved in advance.
For your safety, security cameras are installed on the exterior only.
