Condo was clean and as advertised. Communication and check in was very easy. We very much enjoyed our stay. The views from the master bedroom, living room and balcony were amazing. Furniture in living room was comfortable and beds were both comfortable. The king bed is a very firm mattress. We did not use the roll out bed. Balcony furniture was also nice for our needs. Table and 4 chairs that were comfortable and two lounge chairs with side tables. Kitchen was very well equipped. Coffee pot has both options - carafe for multi cup or single serve k-cups. Water pressure was very good. Parking was convenient. Covered parking on ground level and uncovered parking on 2nd level where lobby is located. There is also guest parking if anyone comes to visit for a few hours as we had guests over a couple of evenings to eat. Elevators worked well and nice large carts available on both parking levels for taking in belongings. Convenient location when driving, but we did not walk anywhere, other than up and down the beach. Beach access was very easy and pools and hot tub conveniently located although we did not use the pools. There is a game room with a pool table and a fuse ball table next to the lobby as well as an exercise room and a sauna. We were very happy with our stay and will return.

Great location!

The location of Crystal Shores was fantastic. We were less than 5 minutes from a plethora of attractions and were pleased with the speedy elevator and ease of access to the beach. The condo was perfect for our family. Furniture was protected well and wipeable which was a big plus since we had toddlers with us. The porch furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked - couldn’t find scissors though which would have been handy a few times during our stay. Otherwise we had a great experience. The kids hope to return soon!

Great condo. Perfect for my husband and I but had plenty of room if there had been more of us. Lots of kitchenwares for us to make meals and sit on the deck to eat. The host was very quick to reply to messages and everything was as described. Would recommend to family and friends.

Crystal Shores stay 2024

2024 was either our fourth or fifth year of visiting Gulf Shores. We've stayed at Crystal Shores every single year. A tropical storm was moving in so we only had a day and a half on the beach but we still enjoyed our stay immensely. We're looking forward to 2025 and already praying the weather cooperates.

Great place!

Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Communication with owner was very easy- and he was there to answer any questions we had very promptly. The only down side is that the pool is slightly small- but it didn’t affect our trip! Highly recommend!

Fantastic location

Long weekend with my cousin - we really just lazed away floating in the ocean and cooked our own food in house - well stocked and beds were comfortable. The floor could us a really good scrub - it was clean generally, just left feet dirty as though it hadn’t had a serious clean for a bit - but truly, it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all. Would be nice if the patio door worked from the master, but again, you could just go out the living room - not a major inconvenience at all. The balcony was perfect for watching the ocean from above - sting rays, l fish, dolphin - beautiful view! Hard not to enjoy the beach when the view is so amazing. No issue parking for us at any time under the shady part, and it was pretty quiet - not a lot of partiers in this building. Very relaxing.

This was in an excellent location and the views from the balcony were wonderful. Could have used more details regarding use of key fobs on gates. Our primary disappointment was with the master bath. This bathroom needed a total gut job. The space had a terrible old urine smell. Don't know if the smell was coming from the floor grout or the rug but it was nasty. The floor was cracked and crackled like it would give in when you stepped on it. The bath tub/shower was in bad shape and needed replacement. The shower curtain liner needed a good bleaching or replacement. The condo with the exception of this bathroom was fine but could not give it a higher rating due to this.
