Welcome to Finntastic House, a stunning Gulf-front retreat on West Beach, offering the perfect blend of charm, privacy, and convenience. Located in a quiet, quaint area with an outdoor bar, this home is nestled among a select group of homes where each property individually owns 20 feet of beachfront shoreline. This means you'll enjoy one of the most private and serene beaches in the area, where you’ll feel as if you have the entire beach to yourself.

The property boasts expansive 12-foot ceilings and an open floor plan, creating a spacious atmosphere throughout the home. With a massive kitchen, oversized living area, and multiple dining spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and entertain. The living room features two comfortable chairs, a sectional sofa, and ample seating for gathering.

This 4,000 sq. ft. home offers seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, providing ample space for large families or groups. The main floor features two bedrooms, each with a private bath, making it perfect for guests who prefer not to venture upstairs. The second floor offers five additional bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with a private bath, plus another king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds, making it ideal for kids or extra guests.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The Best Yet, But We're Concerned About the Beach

This was our third and longest stay (a week) for the third consecutive year, and it was the best yet. Dozens of dolphin sightings, jumping schools of manta rays, even a fair sized shark swimming in the shallows! Amazing weather; several days of crystal clear water. The townhouse was in great shape this year, and communication was phenomenal. The best deal in the region. We had the greatest time--pure bliss. That said, we were stunned once we arrived to see that the beach had lost maybe 30-50 yards of sand in front of the gulf facing balcony in the course of one year. At high tide, the water literally was over the end of the boardwalk and was eating into the townhomes' protected dunes, which were partially gone. Although we've already booked up for a week during the summer of 2025, we're concerned that the townhome won't be there in a year if coastal erosion continues at this rapid pace. We spoke to half a dozen families who had the same concern and expressed dismay the day they arrived after being gone for a year. To management: what are your plans for coastal restoration both in the short term and long term right around the townhouse units? We would hate to see Surf Song and the other beach facing units become uninhabitable. Fingers crossed that there's a way to mitigate this problem, and thanks in advance.

Steps to the beach

The proximity to the water was wonderful. Less than 20 steps to the ocean. There is not much beach area for chairs due to the tide. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful Place - Watch the waves all day!!!

Fort Morgan Paradise

This was our 2nd stay in Surf Song. The location can’t be beat- a couple steps from the door to the sand makes carrying beach gear easy! Also, the privacy here beats Gulf Shores public beaches by a LONG SHOT. We saw dolphins and the big blue heron from the balcony and went searching for ghost crabs at night. It’s a little bit of a drive to Gulf Shores & those restaurants, but there are a few local that we tried to stay close. We’ve already booked Surf Song for 2025. There’s definitely a reason people book this townhome a year in advance! Thank you!

Home Away

This is our 3rd year staying here in the month of December. We come here for our Christmas instead of doing gifts. Our Lily (pug) loves her walks on the beach. She has become a true beach dog. :) We will be back next December for another relaxing week watching the waves roll in and dolphins play.

Favorite spot

Had a delay with cleaning and couldn’t get in til around 6p. The cleaners actually told property managers that we were on premise and they couldn’t properly clean. We got a text tell us to leave immediately. We were actually on the beach sitting in chairs and had never even come into contact with the cleaners. So, not sure what that was about. Also, the door code didn’t work but was not advised when the code was sent. When we reported it, that’s when management said they we aware and would have someone out to fix it. This was our second stay at this townhome and we absolutely LOVE it!! It’s beautiful and we spent the week celebrating my dads life and grieving the recent loss of him. We hated the week coming to an end!

A Couple of Bumps in the Road, but Still Very Good

There were a couple of big issues that required urgent attention, and management stepped up big time for the first one and scared the hell out of us with the second one (a maintenance worker in our unit while we were out had come in unannounced, blocking our parking space and leaving the door ajar). Otherwise, the stay was a pleasant one as it was last year (and hopefully in 2024). The beach is still lovely, the proximity to the waves can’t be beat, and—while there was that aforementioned communication error—communication was otherwise good and the solution to our problems good ones. Something should be said about the condition of the unit itself, which was markedly dissipated from the condition last year. One handle of the refrigerator was torn off, some water spouts and outlets were not working or were flimsy, ice machine apparently broken, etc. There are signs the unit needs some real work, and I hope this happens soon.

Fort Morgan Get Away

Property has beautful views and could not be closer to the beach. Unit is as pictured and has all the comforts of home. This is a dog friendly unit which is great since dogs are allowed on this section of beach. We will book again in the future.

Fort Morgan GEM

This townhome is a GEM of Fort Morgan. The location cannot beat: no shoes needed as you are STEPS away from the sand and gulf. We spotted DOZENS of dolphins as well as a few big blue herons …all from our balcony! The communication and prompt responses from both VRBO and Gulf2Beach were amazing. Halfway through our stay I booked us to come back in 2024… FIVE STARS!

Beautiful and clean beach view home!

Within 10 minutes of walking in we rebooked for next March! Very clean with all the amenities. Exactly what we hoped for and more. Our only negative was we got there early and spent the day on the beach waiting til 4:00 to check in but were told if it was done early we would be contacted. Well at 1:00 it was ready and we waited around for nothing. Also very hard trying to figure how to rent S2 3 or 4 for family next year. That being said, we LOVED S 1 and hope to come back every year! Thank you!
