In the Primary suite, you'll find a luxurious King bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and sand. For additional sleeping arrangements, the condo offers a set of cozy Twin hall bunk beds and a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room.

The condo boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with sleek granite countertops, where you can whip up your favorite meals with ease. The entire unit is adorned with tile floors, adding to the cool, beachy vibe of your stay. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy breathtaking views and the fresh sea breeze.

Staying connected is easy with WiFi access available throughout the unit. And for those who can't bear to leave their furry friends behind, Caribbean 102 is pet-friendly! There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
• One pet is allowed per unit.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The beach was beautiful and was exactly what we were needing. Our unit was just what we wanted for our too brief stay of only 4 nights. The beach was busier than we thought it would be but was still very nice. The sunrises were incredible, we saw dolphins every day, and overall it was the relaxing “beach fix” my wife and I were needing.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for both pool and beach time.The only thing that I struggled with was the Primary Bedroom.The bed was comfortable, but the only window was facing into the hallway towards the elevator.There were blinds and a curtain, but light creeped in at night and the room was very dark in the daytime.Noise was also a concern with the Primary bedroom.The elevator announcing floors could be heard all hours of the day and night as well as voices, due to the window facing the 1st floor lobby. I had to have the tv or music on 24/7 and I am the type of sleeper who prefers darkness and silence.Maybe add some sound dampening drapes and a sound machine?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Perfect location, close to lots of gift shops, food places and things to do. The only reason for not giving everything five stars was the curtains leading out to the balcony were probably five or six inches too long and we're filthy dirty at the bottom. There was also a coffee cup in the cabinet that had lipstick on it. Other than those two small things this unit was perfect for my husband and I for the week and I would definitely rent this condo again! Check in and check out we're incredibly simple! Absolutely loved our little getaway! Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and it was nice to find a pet-friendly property right on the beach since our 16-year-old toy poodle is too old to leave at home and must travel with us. Pets are not allowed out on the beach, which didn't bother us as we didn't intend for our pup to be out there anyway. The unit is small but was fine for our family of 4 with two young children. It would be more of a challenge with teens or four adults - the one full bathroom was very tight. It was nice to have an extra half bath. The refrigerator is older and rusting a bit on the bottom, but everything worked well and was clean. The pool at the condominium could use some maintenance - the water was cloudy and we saw hair and debris floating in it. But, we stayed at the beach mostly and avoided the pool so it wasn't a big deal to us. Overall it was a great unity, excellent location, and we would likely book it again in the future.

Good location

We enjoyed our 8 days of total relaxation. The check in was no problem with our door code. There was enough silverware & dishes plus cooking pans etc. Even though there was no ice in freezer when we arrived, when we turned it back on, the ice maker didn’t take much time to start making ice. There was great water pressure in the shower & plenty of hot water. Having the 1/2 bathroom in hallway was very convenient. The living room furniture was comfortable although the couch had several stains on it. The mattress was firm enough for us & comfortable. This was a dog friendly unit. However, the outside dog area was right by the busy street & only 2 small areas of grass. Doggie bags were provided-unfortunately it was obvious that some dog owners didn’t use them & didn’t clean up after their dogs. Also, some owners had their dogs on the pool deck area & on the beach. There were many signs & notices stating that wasn’t allowed. Those actions could jeopardize having dogs at this complex. Liquid Life quickly answered any questions I had before checking in. When the disposal wasn’t working, they quickly sent a repairman out to fix it. There were 3 large carts to haul your luggage, supplies or groceries to your unit. The elevator was quick & we rarely had to wait for it, when we used it. This unit was on the 1st floor so it was an easy walk up the stairs. The pool was very nice. Plenty of loungers & a few chairs. There were separate bathrooms for men & women near the pool.

Almost perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but a few things would have made it perfect! It being a pet-friendly condo I didn’t expect it to be perfectly spotless but the couch was pretty dingy very comfortable. Definitely in need of a new one in this unit. The fridge was also leaking and making the floor wet, and the outlets in the entire unit were very loose our chargers/fans/etc kept falling out of the outlet. Also one of the chairs on the balcony had a broken leg so we weren’t able to sit in it unless we propped it up against the wall. Not super ideal! But the location was wonderful, we loved that it was a smaller condo building bc we had the pool to ourselves more often than not. And the beach wasn’t crowded at all and it was beautiful!! Loved the covered parking spot. Centrally located to all restaurants in the area and easy drive to fort Morgan and gulf state park. Overall we had a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful time!

We loved everything about our stay. First floor, nicely located designated parking spot, quiet, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. It had just enough space for our family of 4. As we drove around Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, we liked where we stayed even more. It was a smaller building compared to most, but had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained during down time. The beach was always clean and not very crowded. If we come back to Gulf Shores that this is where we would want to stay!
