Adorable one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 9th floor of the Phoenix All Suites West.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The room had a very bad musty smell. Had to go to Walmart to buy air fresheners. The room also seemed smaller than what the pictures showed. The A/C never stayed at one temperature. I would set it at 72 and a few hours later it would be set at 82. The dish network never worked in the living room and in the bedroom we kept losing signal.

We enjoyed the condo. It was within walking distance to the beach and to some good eating places. We felt the sofa in the condo was not comfortable to us. And one of the elevators was out on and off while we were there.

Great location, beautiful view. 4:00 check in was actually 5:00. Accommodations were very clean. Furniture is very uncomfortable. Furniture on balcony is very nice; however, it is very uncomfortable and you cannot sit at it for any length of time.

Can’t beat the view!

This condo was great for our family of 3. The bed in the master was a bit uncomfortable, but the pull out in the main area was the most comfortable pullout I’ve ever stayed on. The view was amazing! Can’t be beat for the price.
