Pool was closed for the winter season, understandable. A heater would be lovely for year round use. Screen door would also be well used during the cooler months as our windows had no screens either. For a 2 month stay it was enjoyable. A great perk is the Gulf state park bike trails begin right behind the condo area. If your staying we'd advise having a bike.
