The master bedroom features a queen bed, private bath, & flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a Captain’s bunk-bed with a twin bed on top, full bed on bottom, plus a pull-out trundle. The nearest beach access is only about a 5-minute walk from the complex to the east, at the W. 6th St Public Beach (0.3 of a mile). Las Palmas features a tropical courtyard, picnic tables, four charcoal grills, two outdoor pools, an expansive sundeck, and an on-site laundry room equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. There is no elevator so you must be able to navigate a flight of stairs.

*Nearest beach access is at the 6th St Public Beach access, which is about a 5 minute walk to the east of the complex.
*There is no elevator so you must be able to navigate a flight stairs.
