Recently updated, unit 514A features a kitchen with granite countertops, Luxury Vinyl flooring, and an inviting, relaxed decor. The spacious bedroom is bathed in natural light and has a luxurious King bed. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach and has a pull out sofa bed for any additional guests. Perfect for a fun filled vacation at the beach, this condo complex includes a boat ramp and 2 piers on Little Lagoon, first come first serve boat slips, a gorgeous pool and hot tub, a covered grilling area by the water, and 2 lighted tennis courts with pickleball. My stay was good. The property needs updates from peeling paint on the ceilings to broken cabinet door. The mattress is completely worn out and needs replacing.
