The condo is so unique in our area - a 30-foot-wide-wall of glass stretches the entire width of the condo, providing sweeping views down both ends of the beach. Spacious 600 sq ft main living room with leather sectional, SONOS speaker, Wi-Fi TV, and squeaky clean wood-look tile floors has room for everyone. See the Gulf from anywhere in the room! Sanibel condominiums in Gulf Shores is one of a small handful of condo developments in the area that offer direct views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of America from balconies on both the north and south sides of the tower. Sanibel has an elevated outdoor heated pool, meeting rooms, exercise room, and a steam room/sauna. Sanibel condominium is comprised of 108 individual condo units approximately two and a half miles west of the Gulf Shores Hangout. These units are upscale with upgraded finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows for expansive views of the Gulf of America and Little Lagoon.

--WE PROVIDE: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, dishes, and cookware you'll need. We provide linens, bath towels, and a starter supply set of trash bags, paper towels, three rolls of toilet paper, some liquid dishwashing soap, and some electric dishwasher soap. There is enough laundry detergent to do a few loads but if you plan on doing more, please bring an extra supply. WE ALSO PROVIDE: a rolling beach cart, a rolling cooler, and 2 folding sand chairs.
--YOU BRING: groceries, personal items, an umbrella and mallet to drive it in the sand, and beach towels. Also expect to purchase extra paper goods, and laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry everyday.
--NO PETS: COA rule and you will be evicted by building management if found with pets.
--AGE MINIMUM: any all-adult, non-familial groups must be 25 and older (not just booking person). No spring breakers or student groups.
