EZ LIVIN is a 3-bedroom Fort Morgan beach house built for families. The private pool sits below the house, shaded and fenced, and can be heated for an additional daily fee. From the front deck it's a 2-minute walk to the Gulf. Sleeps 10 across two king bedrooms, a bunk room for the kids, and two queen pull-outs in the living room. Three full baths, fully equipped kitchen, two large decks, outdoor grill. Beach chairs, cart, and pool toys included. Pet friendly with self check-in. Inside, the kitchen, dining, and living areas open into a single bright space in coastal blues. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances - you can cook real meals, not just reheat. The dining table seats six, with four bar stools at the kitchen island for casual breakfasts. The living room is built around a 65" smart TV, with seating that includes two pull-out queen sleepers when you need extra beds. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms. The two king bedrooms each have a 43" TV and ceiling fan. The bunk room sleeps four in two sets of twin bunks, with its own 43" TV and a closet of games and books for rainy afternoons. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer keeps beach towels fresh. Outside, two large decks wrap the second floor. The front deck has a high-top dining set with Gulf views, and the back deck has Adirondack chairs facing the dunes and Gulf. Below, the private pool sits beneath the house: shaded, fully fenced, with a covered seating area and the grill right there. The pool can be heated to for an additional fee of $60 per day. We need at least 24 hours' notice prior to check-in to heat the pool. **We do not operate the pool heater when the ambient temperature is below 45 degrees.** Fort Morgan is the quiet end of the peninsula, about 20 minutes west of Gulf Shores. Short drive to both Tacky Jack's or Sassy Bass for casual Gulf seafood, take the auto ferry across to Dauphin Island, or spend a morning at the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge nearby. Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire house, both decks, and the private pool below the property. The pool is fenced for safety and lit for evening use. Parking is under the house and in the driveway with room for 3-4 vehicles. Beach access is a short walk through the dunes. We provide six beach chairs, a wheeled beach cart, pool toys, a pack 'n play, and a high chair - all yours to use throughout your stay. The home is pet friendly — well-behaved dogs welcome with an additional pet fee. Please clean up after your pet on the property and the beach. A unique door code will be provided the day before arrival for self check-in. Beach gear provided — 6 chairs, a wheeled cart, umbrellas, and pool toys. Minimum age to book is 25.
