Our comfortable studio condo provides you with 286 sq ft of relaxation. Beachview is located in Gulf Shores across the street from the main public beach. Beachview is conveniently located across from “The Hangout.” This condo comfortably accommodates 3 guests. It has a comfortable queen bed and a twin-size pullout from the loveseat. Our condo is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a small group of friends.

The condo is equipped with key-less entry and the code will be provided at the time of booking.

The parking pass is located inside the unit. Please place in a visible spot on the dash of your vehicle to avoid towing.

Free WiFi internet access is provided to our guests.

There is a coin laundry located on the second floor for your convenience. Vending machines are located on the ground floor.

No pets are allowed at Beachview Condominiums.

Beachview Condominiums are located within walking distance to many great restaurants such as The Hangout and other fun activities.

The property was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. The location was ideal—close to the beach and right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and conveniences nearby. The kitchen only had a mini fridge, sink, and convection oven, so it was not a full kitchen. It was a bit noisy at times. Other guests in the complex came and went late at night and early in the morning, and noise carried easily between units. There were also a few disturbances, like a car horn going off in the middle of the night and loud music from a nearby venue that played late.Overall, it was a convenient and clean place to stay, but the noise level may be something to consider if you’re looking for a quieter experience.

Pillows had clean cases but the pillows were stained, one horribly. The couch was tattered long the edge of the front cushion. There was black mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. The curtain also had other stains. The mattress is very very worn with dips in it and should be replaced. The microwave needs to be bolted to the shelf, it is a serious hazard at that height.

We wete there for the shrimp festival. It was convenient to the park, restaurants, so we never had to move the car. The toom was wrll layed out. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed our stay will gladly stay again.

So close to the beach and very clean!

Perfect little room for a trip with a friend! The beach is literally a two minute walk, and though small, the condo had everything we needed so it was perfect for us. I recommend!!

Nice stay

This was my first time staying in a condo and it was quite pleasant. It was clean and the floors surprisingly didn’t have sand leftover from previous guests. Management was great with communication. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be to maybe offer a pair of kitchen scissors. If there were any, I missed them. The condo was just a short walk to the beach which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

the room was great overall, we had an amazing stay & it was walking distance to everything. the only complaint was communication, I tried to message the host asking about early check in & no reply for a week or even the day we checked in, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. but our stay was overall great.

Perfect location

Perfect little place for a couple, short 3 minute walk to the beach, probably 8-10 different restaurants in walking distance. Dollar General pretty much next door. Parked in the lot and didn't have to drive anywhere. The room is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back

Another great stay at Beachview Condo.

Check in process was super easy. The studio condo was clean and just as described. The Location of this place is phenomenal and the main reason we have stayed here three times. This place is nothing fancy but is worth the price we paid.
