Misscommunication on parking where I asked on check in do we need a parking pass was told no and got a friendly warning next day I may be towed. You need a parking pass. Told them that would not be on me and a bit more if that happened. Dish TV kinda works Staff is friendly. Location excellent

Ok but expensive for what you get.

The property was very clean and well maintained. My only complaints were that we booked a 4 night stay at this condo/apartment and told them there would be 5 adults and one toddler. They only gave us dishwasher detergent for one wash and had no dish detergent for the sink at all. Their pots and pans were old and so few we couldn’t cook bacon and biscuits at the same time. Also 3 of the adults didn’t arrive until the third day of our stay and they would not allow them to park in the parking lot at the condo unless we paid an extra $32. That was never stated while booking. The last night of our stay there was a shooting two buildings over and not once did we receive any instructions considering safety while police were looking for the suspect. They wouldn’t allow anyone to have anything on the balcony not even a towel on a chair.

Well, I booked with you guys and when I got there, they told us they had no rooms. I’m not very happy about this at all.

There are only two elevators. Two HOT, slow elevators! No air conditioning and when the heat index is 105 plus the last thing you want to do is step into a hot elevator or walk 10 flights of stairs. The pictures of the property are a bit deceptive. The dishwasher was broken and so was the couch bed. They only really good thing I can say about it was that the location was great.
