The stay was great but they didnt have a washer and dryer in the unit as in the others we have stayed at, but they did have a laundry room where it was $1.50 to wash/dry. Also, we had a good sized float for our daughter that we sat outside the door for a little while and it came up missing. When asked about it in the office they said they did not have cameras outside for surveillance which was odd to think there is no security for the stairwells or the walkways for the unit entrys. The plus side was this particular location was close to plenty of great things in walking distance like souvenir shops, eaterys and small bars. So all in all pretty good stay. We have always chose brett/robinson and will again most likely.

False advertisement.

The only thing nice about this property was the location. First of all, we had a cargo trailer that we weren’t allowed to park on the premises that wasn’t stated in any of the rules when I booked. No one was willing to help us and we weren’t able to contact any management to get it approved. Luckily the nice hotel across the street let us park it there. Second, I booked this property because the description says it has a heated pool and a spa tub. It had neither. Third, we were given an accessible room, which we didn’t need, by the elevator. The bedroom was right by the elevator so we would be woken up by loud noises all thru the night/early morning. No closet in the bedroom, no where to put our bathroom toiletries… it wasn’t what it was advertised to be. Will not be using this property or management company again.

The experience was great. We loved the full view of the water from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was nice. The bathroom was cramped. There wasn't any counter space to put our stuff on. We had to use the back of the toilet and small spots around the sink. There wasn't a night stand on one side of the bed for a phone or water. But inspite of thise minor problems we loved our stay and would stay there again.

Just what we needed

Enjoyed our stay, loved the location and being so close to the Gulf. Room was perfect, very clean and kitchen had all the amenities you could possibly need. Parking was easy and luggage carriers were readily available.
