CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* Non shedding dogs 20lb and under allowed with pet fee paid and completed pet waiver.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

The location is great and I loved that this is a smaller condominium and not a highrise. It really has a small community feel to it. The outside is a but dated but inside if the condo was updated and nice. There were a few issues such but i will say that the management group was super fast to respond and help. Would rebook again.

Everything was great except the water pressure in the shower. Had an ice maker in the freezer so that was a plus. Took 2 of our dogs and the owner was very welcoming! Plan on going back!

Golfing Vacation

The kitchen is sparsely appointed. The unit advertises that you could sleep 8 yet there is only silverware for 8 people. There is no cutting board, no pizza cutter, no plastic glassware to take to the pool. there is one steak knife. The stove is not level - I put a pizza in the oven and it slid to the right.

Had some trouble with several things

I am SHOCKED after reading previous reviews before I booked this place that no one commented on the king bed. It was TERRIBLE. We might as well have been sleeping in a hammock on both sides. Maintenance came and flipped the mattress over....My husband slept on the pull out couch one night (also terrible) and our kids bed. Best beds were in the kids rooms, but it was hard to sleep in there with them and a bunk bed.... Having our own room as parents is not too much to ask. We also had a super fun time with the washing machine. I had to hold it together during the spin cycle because it was about to completely pull apart. I have a video I was hoping to post. The floors were not clean. My kids feet were black within the first half hour... There were knats everywhere as soon as we got there. Great location and love walking onto the beach. Maybe try a different condo in the unit? Make sure to check with management before booking, that these issues were fixed.

Perfect Getaway

Loved staying at this property. The location is great. There are several walkable restaurants and stores. The inside of the condo was quiet even when people outside were on the noisy side. Will be staying here again.

Just what we needed

The location was great, right on the beach. We went at the end of the season, so it was not crowded at all. The unit was perfect for wjat we wanted. The only things I would have liked better are if the unit had simple spices, like salt and pepper; and if we had known it had a keurig.

Great fall trip

This property was just what we wanted! It was clean and perfect for our family of 5! The kids loved their room with bunk beds and their own bathroom. You could see the beach on the side of our balcony. Being right on the beach makes it easy to carry all the things that are needed and run up for lunch! Great stay and we will Def be coming back to the Regatta again!

Easy Beach Access

Loved being so close to beach and close to shops and restaurants! Every one we met was kind, felt like a safe place to stay. Picture of pool is overstated, much smaller in reality. Condo was older but comfortable. Both bathroom sinks were clogged, drained slow. Shower liner was dirty. Easy fixes that would improve overall experience. All appliances worked well, easy to keep cool. Fast and kind responses by text with rental company. We would stay here again.

Beach view should mean from terrace to beach

Advertising showed apartment looking at and on beach, at check in we entered a condo that looked at two buildings avtoss the way. Will say that management moved us to wonderful condo on beach after a little wait and knowing that we would have one more wait move the next day for our 4 day 3 night vac. With a little patience, great time. Remember beach side of street is not beach front.

Lovely Stay

The condo was nice and had all we needed. The weather was not good while we were there and there were red flags the entire time. Even though we couldn't enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked, we still had a great time. There was clearly construction/remodeling going on in the complex but we were never disturbed by it. It's a smaller complex which I like with a great location. The condo allows small dogs, but you wouldn't even know. It was very clean.
