Luxurious comfort awaits you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 17th floor 1419 sq ft condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with the free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features large flat screen TVs beautiful neutral tones and full size washer/dryer. Monthly stays January to March 1. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings between the dates of March 24 through early April. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies, however, swing stages will be in use on the property and as a result, the outdoor pool will be closed during this time period.

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Nice place to stay

Everything was very clean and check in was simple. Linens were well stocked and the starter packs were also very helpful. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots and pans and the basic of cooking utensils. I will travel with my own knives and a few other basic utensils.

Just a fall vacation on the gulf.

Great place to stay only problem was a smoker but they tried to take care of that issue. Guy at work has stayed is this building several times said it was a nice place. Location was very quiet. Great time and would come back again.

Great location in Gulf Shores

Very nice unit. Location is very conveniently ent for walking to restaurants and shopping. Driving to other locations is very easy. Would go back again!

Our stay was ok

A beautiful location!… right on the beach makes water fun so accessible and enjoyable. Parking was plentiful and we felt like the condo area was in a safe community. Our condo was not clean…. Floors and dishes, as well as general maintenance needed attention. We tried to contact the property management but were not able to until the day we checked out. At that time, the customer service office did work with us, and it was evident they were sorry for our problems we experienced and they will work to remedy them.
