You will love the easy lifestyle of the Sea Spree condo! You can expect a sparkling clean condo, premium furnishings, quality linens and a full-service kitchen. The Royal Palms complex has many amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, BBQ, outdoor showers and of course, direct access to the beach.
Living Space: The living space is open concept and features new flooring throughout, a sleeper sofa, flat screen smart TV, and games for a rainy day. The banquette area accommodates 6 people for eating or playing games. The large sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony--where you will fall in love with the sounds of the waves on the beach and the breathtaking views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or settle in with a glass of wine for the painted sky sunsets.
Kitchen: The Sea Spree has a chef's kitchen that puts everything at your fingertips and is well stocked with the tools you need to cook a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, dishware and utensils. A Keurig coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, blender and slow cooker are also available for your convenience. Our new beverage station features a beverage fridge--it's the perfect spot to brew your favorite beverage or whip up a batch of margaritas!
Accommodations: The condo can sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub with an overhead shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a queen-sized sleeper in the living room. The hall bath features a tub with overhead shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with freshly laundered towels, and bed linens are provided for all three beds.
Washer and Dryer: The Sea Spree has an in-unit, apartment-sized stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Please bring your preferred detergent with you.
Starter Supplies: Included in your rate is a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags and hand soap. Shampoo, shower gel, personal care items and beach towels are not provided.
On-Site Amenity Access: You will enjoy full access to the Royal Palms complex as well as common areas such as the pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, BBQ grill/picnic area and outside showers. Public restrooms and a public shower are located on the 2nd floor - if you don't want to go back up to the condo to use the restrooms. Both the pool entry and the workout room are keypad protected--you will need a code to enter these areas. We will provide the code before you visit. The same code works for both doors.
Beach: Be sure to bring your own beach chairs, towels and toys. There is an open access storage room near the elevators to store your beach chairs and toys. Please keep in mind this area is not secure. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach! Outdoor showers are available to rinse the sand off your toys, chairs, and feet before returning to the Sea Spree.
Parking: You may park up to two cars during your stay in the Royal Palms parking lot. The $65 parking fee for one car has already been added to the cleaning fee so a separate bill is not required. If you have more than one car, please let us know. Royal Palms does not allow RVs, campers or trailers in the parking lot. Please fill out and display the parking pass in your car at all times to avoid fees and/or towing.
