Come stay at the beautiful and relaxing SOUTHERN SANDS 206 – a two bedroom, two bath rental right on the famous white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

This second-story, family-friendly condo has a stunning view from its double-sized balcony right on the beach – giving you, your family and friends your own private view of the palm trees, sand dunes and clear-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Escape the crowds and steer clear of the packed high-rises: come breathe in the fresh beach air at this charming, 3-story development.

The unit sleeps six people comfortably with one king bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa, along with two full bathrooms. It has a spacious kitchen for cooking meals and a dining area, as well as a living room with a large sofa and flat screen television. WiFi included.

Outside, you can relax at the pool, or hit the beaches (chairs and umbrellas available for rent from beach service during the summer). You won’t find a better location – a walkable area about as close as you can get to the Hangout (home to the well-known music festival) and the annual National Shrimp Festival, as well as local seafood restaurants and beach bars. Shopping at the Tanger Outlets is an easy drive down the road.
There are plenty of golf courses nearby too, as well as a zoo, waterparks and churches. This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit. Parking and laundry available. Book year round. Perfect for snowbirds!

Beach view was amazing! Location central to walking to shopping, food and entertainment. Condo was fully stocked with utensils except for a pizza cutter.lol. Lots of close by restaurants across the street. Parking free with placard. Nice time. We would book again if we return to Gulf Shores.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo unit was very clean and the beach view from the balcony was great for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee.
