Condo comfortably sleeps up to six (Maximum Occupancy is 6 with no more than 3 or 4 being adults), and has a stunning ninth-floor, Gulf view from the living area, master bedroom, and wide balcony. See the Gulf sitting on the sofa or lying in bed. Desirable split bedroom design locates a bedroom and a bath on each side of the condo with kitchen and living area in between. DEPOSIT:
REFUNDABLE $200 Security Deposit; open credit card for incidentals/damages; or VRBO insurance will be required. A security deposit becomes your damage deposit upon your arrival and is completely refundable after your stay assuming conditions of rental are met, including departing the Condo in as-found condition (with only normal cleaning required).
PAYMENT:
The rental is due per the VRBO established options. A unique Keypad code and additional helpful information will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival, including HOA instructions for obtaining the $35 parking registration online. Cleaning fee is subject to change and is a pass-thru charge. Payment is now required through the VRBO dashboard, unless you are a previous renter, guest, friend or relative, you can contact me directly with contact info in your possession, or yours in my possession if you remind me.
No refunds for early departures from the Condo unless mandatory evacuation is ordered by appropriate government officials. Four night minimum in non-peak seasons normally. Seventh night discount deals are included in the weekly rate. Summer rentals and peak Spring Break are rented by the week (7 or more nights) required for 7th night discounts. Note that rentals greater than 7 nights, or crossing rate changes, or longer than a month, will be pro-rated by the AutoQuote and therefore likely calculated incorrectly, and will be adjusted. Holiday weeks and major event weeks may have a premium from added, depending on holiday and demand. Owner reserves the right to require a 7night minimum in non-peak seasons if demand is strong. Preferred weekly rental period is Sat to Sat. For partial weeks in peak season (available due to rentals of more than 7 nights), the 7 night or 4 night minimums may be waived.
