Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave parking pass in the condo. A $50 fee will incur for trash remaining in unit. This helps to prevent pests. Dumpster is in the rear North side of the building.
Please keep ceiling fan, air condition and dehumidifier on. All lights should be turned off. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
