Located directly on the beautiful white beaches with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, this second floor, two-suite unit is a wonderful place to relax. Located one mile west of the hwy 59, the complex is convenient to all restaurants, shopping and night life.
A stacked washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Free high speed internet access via wi-fi is included, along with free local calls, and cable. Amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.
The complex has two pools, one heated (during the fall and winter months), and two kiddie pools. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!

We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer. Beach chairs and umbrellas are for rent.

* A security guard is on duty for your safety. A parking pass can be purchased, up to 2 per unit, on-site with the guard. The cost is $30 for 14 days and $40 for up to 30 days. A new parking pass must be purchased every 30 days. If you need more than 2 passes please contact me directly for information prior to purchase.
* The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You can cancel 30 days prior to check in to get your money back.

Mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. TV was so difficult to operate. Could hardly enjoy it and 30 parking fee for two days. Stay is totally unacceptable. This is one property I will never use again.

The property was as listed and in a nice area. The only downside was no extra toilet paper. We each ran out and just figured there would be extra under the sink. Its ok to not furnish—but we didn’t know ahead of time… Otherwise, all was great! We plan for it to be an annual girls trip.

Fantastic location!

This condo was in a great location, close to all of the shopping and restaurants. The condo is directly on the beach, just a few feet from the sand. This condo was directly off the elevator on the second floor, which made it easy for my mother. Communication with the host was fantastic! Trinity answered all of my questions. The only negative review would be the condo. It needs some TLC. Definitely some updating.

Summer vacation

It was hot- needs black out curtains or shades in living area. The constant sun would make it hot. As well as cannot utilize the sofa bed because cannot keep it dark in there since no curtains. Also the ac would shut off because it was on a timer. Had to constantly turn it back on.

No Beach Chairs

Disappointed upon arrival as there were no beach chairs available for use as stated on the VRBO site. The property manager was responsive but offered no solution or refund for the lack of chairs. We did like the location and the views; however, the building is older and the unit is small. Overall, this condo cost more to rent than it was worth.

Overpriced and Outdated

The interior decor was very cute and the size of the condo was perfect for me, my husband, and my 2 boys. However, it was apparent some upgrades needed to be made such as the overall plumbing in the condo and the counter tops in the bathrooms. There were also pieces of chipped paint on the ceiling throughout the condo that made me realize it needed some attention. The toilet in the guest bathroom would run if we didnt jiggle the knob and the water heater made a weird noise when I washed clothes. The location of the condo was perfect and it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony. Overall, we had a great time and it was a much needed getaway, but for the price I would have stayed elsewhere.

Small, needs updating.

The unit was much smaller than the pictures appeared. You could not have more than one person near the kitchen at a time or you were running over each other. There is a large standing shelf that is used for holding the pots and pans which limits your space significantly. Guest bath had mold on the shower door. The toilet handle was stripped/broken which led the water to constantly running. This did lead to a toilet overflow for us once. Balcony chairs are worn and uncomfortable. The property itself was nice. Security guard on duty most of the time. Pool was nice and clean. Elevator was very fast and we never waited long, although being on the second floor was very nice so we could quickly take the stairs. Overall we would not stay here again.

Needs a little rehab, i.e.:Replace rusty medicine cabinets.Deep clean mold and mlldew from guest shower door or replace, as well as shower head.Replace broken guest closet sliding enclosure.Replace guest bath toilet paper holder.Replace kitchen stove electrical coil pans.Suggest 3-4 hook hanger rack on back of bath room doors (Bathrobe, towels, etc)Nice view and cordial host.

Gulf Shores first timer

Great location, very easy to get to. All the food options you could want less than 20 min drive. Pool is good and the beach in front of the building was amazing.

We enjoyed our time on the beach with very comfortable accommodations and a stocked for kitchen. The location was fabulous and the ease getting in and around the building, pool and beach were really appreciated. Made for a veryrelaxing stay.

Our family enjoyed the beach and finding treasures along the shore, but our visit happened when the temps were a bit chilly to swim in the ocean! Thankfully, the heated pool allowed us to enjoy outdoor swimming a short walk from our condo
