The staff at check in were nice and friendly. I didn't love the idea of not having a hair dryer in the room and the breakfast overall was fair at best. I loved the location and the amenities around us. The lobby and activities were a nice plus since we came with several families.

The first night we didn’t have any hot water to take a shower. We made the front desk aware but they just said that it was because we were located at the end of the hall and it would probably get better. There was also a lot of teenage girls staying at the hotel that were very noisy and waking us up in the night. The next morning, we still did not have any hot water. We then insisted on another room or our money back for the three night stay. We were given another room but had spend time moving all of our belongings to the room. No apologies from the hotel in the beginning. They finally were apologetic. Our last time to stay at TownePlace Suites at OWA.
