If I were the owner, I would have Spectrum manage it.
First of all, when I went to book this condo I thought it was through VRBO. When I went to complete the booking, it was through Vacasa. Not happy about that, but it was a last minute booking, so I went with it. I loved that this condo is on the ground floor and that the ice machine was right around the corner. I loved the floorplan of the individual condo and the property as a whole. What I didn't love was Vacasa as the management, especially on a holiday weekend. When we arrived, the code to our door wouldn't work. It was late in the evening and couldn't get a human on the phone, they would only text. The only way for me to get into the condo was after a resident of the building suggested I go around back to the sliding glass door to see if it was unlocked and it was. I spent over two hours texting with this company until I called the spectrum security to see if they could help. Not even their maintenance department could help me because it was rented through Vacasa. I called the number on the refrigerator for a Vacasa representative and got her voicemail. NOONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I can't imagine the trouble we would have gone through had we been on a higher floor. Also, if you rent this property, make sure you turn on the dehumidifier hidden in the laundry room or you'll be sticky your entire stay. There are also plumbing noises that are loud and annoying. I will be renting in The Beach Club again, but NOT through Vacasa.
