The Condo has 1 bedroom with a king bed. there are 2 built in bunk beds in the living area. The sofa pulls out for extra sleeping space. The kitchen has been updated to include granite counter tops. Beach toys are on the balcony for guests to use. There are also beach chairs and towels for guest use so you don`t have to pack your own.

The condo is close to the pool and has a nice balcony with views of the beach. The beach access is directly across the street. Gulf State Park is also directly across the street making it a fairly quiet section of beach. and will never be built upon. There is a great fishing pier in the park.

The resort is waking distance to the Hangout and other great spots so you don`t have to find a place to park in the busier section of town.

This condo offers its guests a water park and a hot tub. This condo also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.
