Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Do not park in other yards. 4 car maximum. Family neighborhood with quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Keep thermostat at 70 degrees or above in the summer.
NO hair dye, slime, play doh, nail polish, glitter, confetti, kinetic sand, or similar. Additional cleaning charges apply if found after checkout.
Please be sure to cut off the burners and oven when cooking in the kitchen. Also, turn unplug any flat irons for hair and/or clothes.
