Bachelor trip!

We could not get in touch with host and we were confronted by the people renting. If that would have been a late night check in it could have been a bad situation. The person renting said he had been there for months and was going to be there a few more months. Don’t know who your host is but I don’t know that I would recommend. a Vrbo in the future. First time trying. I can say I have never had any issue with Airbnb. I am glad you refunded the money and are going to pay the difference. The house looked nothing like the pictures

We were scheduled to stay 4/10-13/25. However, the house didn’t look anything like what was presented online. We stayed the first night because we didn’t have anywhere to stay. Plus, the house isn’t in a good area

The property is probably fine. The communication was not. We did not get to stay and we weren’t able to cancel. Never received check in instructions anyway. Received plenty of check out instructions. Worst experience we’ve ever had with renting.

We went down for spring break a group of us. There was plenty of beds for everybody to sleep in the neighbors were respectful, and it was only minutes from the beach along with several dining options. It was a overall good stay

Family Vacation

The property was spacious and it does look the same as the pictures. There are plenty of dishes and appliances for cooking and entertaining. However, the home had an odor. The shower liners in both bathrooms need to be replaced, as well as toilet seats. In one of the bedrooms, the bed was made but when we pulled the comforter back there was hair in the bed as if the sheets and comforter had not been washed after the previous family stayed. In the same bedroom it was a wash cloth under the bed and jacket in the closet. The home could be much cleaner.

I just want to start by saying thank you! My family and I enjoyed this stay so much! Everything was clean. There was all the accessories there. The area was quiet and clean. Communication was great. This is a really neat home and thats how we felt the whole stay. We all had ample room to be together and personal space as well. Lovely place to spend your time in the gulf coast. Hotel where?? Pick this home instead!
