The ladies share bathroom upstairs had no toilet paper in both toilets, no hand towels & no soap. I alerted the staff about this & they assured me they would take care of it. No one came, the bathroom stayed the same, even until the next day when I left. The room was clean & fresh & staff were friendly.

Convenient stay but facilities need a face lift. Parking feels unsafe in the back alley. Staff were friendly but check in seemed to be confusing for the staff. Central location to all Gunnedah shops and main street.
