Welcome to our beautiful, approximately 180 m² house in the Weinviertel region, near Hollabrunn and Retz and Vienna
Our charming house in the Weinviertel is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for relaxation, activities, and memorable experiences.
The spacious garden courtyard exudes a special tranquility, as it is virtually free from noise and traffic. You'll feel like you're in a wellness retreat.
The garden courtyard with barbecue facilities is a real highlight.
The garden is perfect for barbecues and offers plenty of space for outdoor games. The house has several bedrooms for up to 8 guests (standard occupancy: 4 people; additional guests can be accommodated upon request).
Inside the house, you'll find an elegant living room, comfortable seating areas, and a swimming pool. Nearby, you can enjoy horseback riding, soccer, cycling, and tennis.
The house is the ideal place to relax and offers both TV and internet access.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and bathtub.

Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house (only on the terrace and in the garden).
