This secluded cedar and stone cabin offers abundant water-front living, with an expansive view of the lake. Enjoy eagle, duck, and deer sightings from either of the two story decks. The private boat dock with two boat slips is only a few steps away. Pontoons and fishing boats will have no problem tying up to the private dock. The public boat launch is less than two miles away. The newly remodeled cabin offers three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, smart TV, pine hardwood floors, a full bath with an extra large tile shower, quartz countertops, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a double bed, smart TV, hardwood floors, walk in closet, and vintage pine dressers. The third bedroom holds two twin beds, smart TV hardwood floors, and a walk-in closet. The other full bath on the main floor is a shower/tub combo with hardwood floors and quartz countertops. The den and dinning room offers an open floor plan, large smart TV, vintage wood burning stove, large dinning room table for family dinners, games, and books, making entertaining a breeze. The sweet pink hued, fully furnished kitchen offers an open fireplace, quartz countertops, gas range, and gorgeous views of the lake. Basement level offers one bedroom with two queen beds, smart TV, hardwood floors, and a vintage pine dresser along with a full bath with shower/tub combo, hardwood floors, and quartz countertops. The rest of the irregular carved out basement is the “game room” with barstools, large TVs, games, and more. Come experience one of the few secluded gems left on Lake Guntersville. Exceeded our expectations

This property was so relaxing for our family. Its was a very comfortable stay with 9 Adults. Plenty of space that we could gather together without feeling cramped, and also plenty of space to also have some quiet time spearate if you wanted. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were amazingly soft. The host was great to work with and even had a little welcome basket for us when we got there. The surrounding neighbors were quiet and the sounds of nature still overpowered the sounds of the cars passing on a nearby busy road. I couldnt even think about anything of negative for this place, but if there was anything negative to say, it would be that the little bayou we were on was extremely weedy and hard to fish from. We made it work and fished with top water bit there, and was able to drive around the area to find other fishing and swimming holes. But we also know that the weed growth in the water is not anything within the property owners control, just something to consider. We made some of our best memories just sitting on the porch enjoying morning coffee and evenings watching the beautiful sunsets and that this place will be our #1 choice if we ever make it back to the area.

A real home

Our family had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. The kitchen is huge with a nice gas stove and plenty of counter space. We all loved the charm and felt right at home. Not like a lot of vrbo's that feel like they were decorated by wayfair. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area.

Where to begin..Perfection

Such a wonderful stay. Home was in a great location with a private dock for fishing or boat landing. Large home with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family. There were several areas for games, watching tv or hanging out. The house was also well stocked and had two BBQ grills, charcoal and gas. We had a memorable time and highly recommend.

Home away from home at the lake

This may be the best home/experience we’ve had as VRBO renters. This is a beautiful home that truly feels like home. The host was amazingly hospitable from the fresh flowers and s’mores ingredients awaiting us as we entered to their rapid response to our messages ( inquiries about the property, not complaints). Our family could rest easily here mainly because it was immaculately clean as well! This property is a gem!

This house has so much charm and is so cozy and beautiful! All of the beds were comfortable. The house was perfectly stocked. Beautiful location. Rachel is the best host I have encountered!! A pop up thunderstorm blew through right before check in and she was on top of it and cleaned the property fast!! Definitely will book here again!! All around perfect.

Great Lake Access & View

Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful holiday weekend at this beautiful lake house. We were able to launch our small fishing boat on site and we enjoyed the great views from both decks. The owners have done a wonderful job in making this a home away from home.

Perfect for getaways

The house was very clean and spacious. Great communication with the owner. Was very easy to get to and lots of kitchen items to utilize. Plenty of chair outside on both decks with beautiful views of water and wildlife. Nice if you have a boat.

The location is perfect and the house was immaculate. We were the first family to stay here since it was listed. Very reasonably priced and the homeowners were caring and even left us smores to make at the firepit. This listing comes highly recommended. You will NOT regret booking this lake house.

First of all you couldn’t ask for a better owner. The property is absolutely beautiful, the home is very well taken care of and very clean. The owners have meticulously thought of anything and everything that you may need and I will definitely go again, hopefully for longer next time.
